This week, we have the pleasure of interviewing Fausto Franco.  Fausto is the oldest of four children born and raised in the Bronx, New York. With a BS in Computer Science (Siena College), a MEng Computer Systems Engineering (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute) and MA Theology (Catholic Distance University). He served as the national coordinator for the Secretaria Juvenil Nacional (National Youth Secretariat) for the Hispanic Catholic Charismatic Renewal for the United States and Canada and served in the Albany Diocesan Service Committee. He participated in the first international Catholic Charismatic Youth Conference in Parana, Brazil in 2012.  He was published in the summer 2018 edition of Pentecost Today magazine and has also written for the Dominican Republic national Catholic Charismatic Renewal magazine “Revista Alabanza” in Spanish.

This week we interview Rose Parente.  Rose lives in Pittsburgh PA, and serves as a member of the Unbound Pittsburgh/Greensburg, Praise Nation, and The Ladies of Charity in the Diocese of Pittsburgh ministries, promotes the Fraternity of Priests Healing Masses, and is President of the Madonna Della Civita Society of Pittsburgh as well as Trustee of the Ladies Spigno Saturnia Society.   Soon after her first Life in the Spirit, Rose joined a prayer group and began to serve and lead with ministries cultivating the charismatic gifts.  Years later, the Holy Spirit continues to set her heart on fire for The Lord and fulfill her desire to share with others the grace of Life in the Spirit she has received.

Join us this week as we interview Ron Riggins.  Ron was raised Presbyterian, fell away from faith in College, but married a cradle Catholic wife who was baptized in the Holy Spirit.  Ron had a conversion experience on 9/11/2001 watching a ball of fire rise above Pentagon.  He then entered RCIA and joined a charismatic prayer group.  He was elected to the NSC Council, then the NSC Board, facilitated the purchase of The Ark and The Dove, and then was elected NSC Board Chairman, served on the CHARIS task force and now serves on CHARIS National Service of Communion in the USA.  Ron is currently the Pentecost Today USA Chairman of the Board.

Recorded at Jesus 2023, we bring you a special interview with Johnny Bertucci as conducted by guest host Bill Snyder, the founder of Patchwork Heart Ministry.  Johnny Bertucci lives in the New Orleans area and has been involved in Catholic Charismatic Renewal since 1979 when, as a teenage, he was baptized in the Holy Spirit.  Since that time, he has led parish-based prayer meetings for adults, young adults, and teenagers.  He serves on the Steering Committee for the Southern Regional Conference of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal.  He also coordinated the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of New Orleans’ Annual Teen and Young Adult Retreat.

This week, we interview Sr. Ana Chiara.  Sr. Ana Chiara was born in a small farming town in the San Juaquin valley of California. Marie, as she was so named, is the middle child of five girls and so felt that Providence was preparing her from the very beginning to live community life, though a call to a religious vocation did not occur to her until she was in her mid 20’s.  Currently, Sr. Ana Chiara has been a member of the Disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ since 2009.  For more information on the Disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, feel free to visit their site at:  www.dljc.org

In this week's episode, we interview Sr. Nancy Kellar, SC.  Sister Nancy Kellar S.C, was born in New York City, USA. She has been a Sister of Charity of New York since 1960. She has a Masters Degree in History and was a secondary school History teacher before becoming involved in full time ministry in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in 1971. She was a member with Fr. Jim Ferry of the First Catholic Charismatic House of Prayer in the United States and was a founding member of Saint Elizabeth Seton House of Prayer in Scarsdale, NY. She also obtained a second Masters degree in Theology/Spirituality from Immaculate Conception Seminary in New Jersey.  Her frequent theme is, “There’s always more … of God’s Love and gifts.”

In this episode, Steve and Alicia interview Erik Pintar. Erik is a seminarian for the Diocese of Pittsburgh.  Erik grew up an Evangelical Nondenominational Protestant in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.  After studying at Carnegie Mellon, he worked at Google in Pittsburgh as a front end software engineer during which he heard the call to first become Catholic and then pursue the holy priesthood.  The Charismatic Renewal played an important role in his embrace of the Catholic Church and path to the seminary.  Born with severe to profound hearing loss, Erik has ministered through combining loves of sign language and praise music with both Pentecost Today USA and Praise Nation.

In this week's podcast, we interview a wonderful couple form Uganda, Joseph and Francesca Aonu Okiror.  This couple has been instrumental in bringing life in the spirit to 16 out of the 19 dioceses in Uganda.  They have also seen the country grow from 3 prayer groups in the 1970's to over 3,000 now!  They are truly a humble but very inspirational couple.  We know you will enjoy their story.
