Al has been a pioneer in the Renewal in the South since 1970, serving as Director of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of New Orleans Office until 2020. Since 1972, Al has had the chief responsibility for organizing and managing conferences and other events in New Orleans which have attracted thousands of people from around the country.
